Using an Energy Medicine technique, each of your 7 major chakras is energetically cleared, balanced, and strengthened.
Whether you are new to meditation or are a seasoned meditator who would like a group meditation experience, Susan’s classes are for you! One-on-one guided meditation sessions are also available upon request.

Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki Energy Healing at The {Tre} of Life is a combination of Reiki, Energy Medicine, and Intuitive Healing. Reiki, practiced in many hospitals, clinics, and private practices around the world, is a healing system that channels universal life-force energy. Reiki heals you at your energetic level, connects you to the ultimate source of healing, and gets to the root cause of any disease, imbalance, or disharmony.

Energy Medicine, an ancient practice based on quantum physics, is the art and science of facilitating physical, psychological, and spiritual health and vitality. Intuitive Healing is a technique in which the practitioner, in a deeply meditative state, receives mental imagery to help identify and address a client’s specific needs. The practitioner then gives the client valuable feedback, in the form of energy assessment and guidance. Reiki Energy Healing optimizes your body’s natural capacities to heal itself and to stay healthy.

It brings renewed stamina to a tired body, fresh vitality to a weary mind, and uplifts discouraged spirits. Reiki Energy Healing helps you to more effectively deal with stress, reduce anxiety, heal injuries, and free yourself of many ailments. Sessions may include the use of aromatherapy, tuning forks, and crystals.

Chakra Balancing

What is a chakra? The word “chakra” means disk, vortex, or wheel. Whereas meridians form an energy transportation system, similar to veins in your circulatory system, chakras are energy centers. Each major chakra in the human body is a center of swirling energy positioned at one of 7 points, from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. Each chakra influences the organs, muscles, ligaments, veins, and all other body parts within its energy field.

Chakras also govern the endocrine system, so bringing them into balance brings your hormones, and thus your emotions, into balance as well. Each Chakra Balancing session includes grounding (through your “Earth Star”) and connecting to higher wisdom (through your “Sun Star”).

Your physical and psychological evolution, as well as your spiritual journey, are all reflected in your chakras. The more regularly you balance your chakras, the more complete and profound your energetic alignment will be, allowing for a deep and cumulative effect.

Guided Meditation

Meditation is a non-religious practice, more than 5,000 years old. During meditation, your breathing slows, mental processes quiet, muscles relax, blood pressure and heart rate decrease, stress hormone levels are reduced, and your body functions in a more calm and natural way.

According to a Harvard study, meditation has a more profound effect on the body and brain than sleep or relaxation. Through meditation, you can learn to let go of fears, doubts, and worries, and embrace a more natural and loving state of mind. Each class includes detailed instruction, such as the neuroscience behind the method. Breathing techniques and Energy Medicine tools are also included in each class session.

Flower Essence Therapy

Flower Essence Therapy is part of an emerging field of subtle Energy Medicine, which includes Reiki Energy Healing and Chakra Balancing, as well as Homeopathy and Acupuncture. Rather than suppressing symptoms like chemical drugs, Flower Essences are catalysts for emotional change and they work by stimulating awareness.

They are typically taken orally from a dropper bottle, although there are many other ways of using them, such as in misting sprayers or in creams. Working with Flower Essences will help you to feel more alive and in touch with your goals, values, and creativity.

Belly Dance

Belly Dance is an ancient healing art form, created by women, for women. Susan has been Belly Dancing for over 20 years and she loves to share her passion for the dance with other women. It’s a dance for every woman – all colors, shapes, and sizes.

Total beginners are welcome and you’re never too old! Each Belly Dance class also has a health and wellbeing component, which includes mindfulness breathing techniques, Energy Medicine tools, and Flower Essences. Experience the joy and beauty of Belly Dance, shaped uniquely by your feminine form and creative spirit!
